7 INGREDIENT PASTA SALAD

This is one of my family’s favorite pasta salads that I make once the weather is warming up . It makes a perfect side dish for a bbq, family dinner or Memorial Day holiday ! The best part is it’s easy to prepare ahead of time and it keeps up to four days in the refrigerator. That’s if you can manage to save some from your family and friends !

Here’s the great news this pasta salad is easy to make and more than likely you have these ingredients inside your pantry and refrigerator already . Here’s what you’ll need to create this dish .

INGREDIENTS :

• 16 Oz Cherry Tomatoes

• 1 -2 Cucumbers

• 1 Cilantro Bunch

• Italian Dressing

• 1 Purple Onion

• Vegan Pasta 1 Box

• 1 White Onion

INSTRUCTIONS:

Heat up your pot with water place it on the burner until the water starts to boil . Once the water is boiling hot add in your salt . Drop your pasta noddles into the salted water . Cooking for 5-7 minutes drain in a strainer over the sink .

Place your noddles inside a mixing bowl so they can begin to cool down . Once noddles are cows down completely your going to want to add in your Italian dressing ,cherry tomatoes , cucumbers, 1 bunch of cilantro and a dash of pepper .
