HOW TO MAKE SOPA DE FIDEO

Sopa de fideo Spanish for "noodle soup" also referred to as sopita de fideo is a stock-based noodle soup that is a part of the cuisines of Spain, Mexico, and Cavite, a province in the Philippines. Today’s recipe that I’m sharing with you is a delicious recipe for your entire family and it comes together quickly.

INGREDIENTS:

2 tbsp olive oil / canola oil

3 tbsp tomato chicken bouillon

4 /6 tomatoes Roma or garden fresh

2 bag packages Fideo noodles

1 white onion large

4 garlic cloves

water

1/2 bunch fresh cilantro leaves

Veggies optional ( zucchini)

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Warm up your pot and add in your oil

2. Place your noodles inside the pot and cook them until golden brown

3. Combine onion, garlic and tomatoes into a blender and then add that back into the pot .

4. Add in water to cover the noodles and then place in the pot your tomato bouillon .

5. Optional add in your veggies

6. Cool until noodles are soft

7. Add in fresh cilantro leaves and enjoy !
