VEGAN STUFFING
The holidays aren’t complete without the vegan stuffing. Deliciously savory and made with simple ingredients that can be made ahead of time to cook in the oven. Perfect for your holiday festivities!

INGREDIENTS:
2 loafs of french white bread
2 whole celery chopped with leaves and stalks
8 carrots chopped
4 tbsp vegan butter
3 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp chicken bouillion
3 cups water
3 tsp cornstarch
INSTRUCTIONS:
1.Start by drying the bread by placing the bread in the oven at 250 Fon a baking sheets for about 60 minutes rotating the pans every 20 minutes . Remove from the oven and set aside to cool down,
2. Raise the temperature to 375 F
3. To a skillet add the butter to melt down, place the onion, celery and garlic and cook unitl translucent for about 5 minutes
4.In a large bowl add the dried bread crumbs, sage, parsley and thyme and add in the celery and onion mixture
5. Give the broth mixture one last whisk and then slowly drizzle it in to the bowl and toss. Pour the broth whole tossing until the bread is just barely soaked.
6. Add to a greased baking tray spray it. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes then remove the foil and bake uncovered for 20 more minutes. If you want it super brown turn on th broil. Enjoy!
