BEYOND MEAT LOADED FRIES

Today I’m sharing with you my recipe for loaded fries featuring the new Beyond Beef

The fourth generation of Beyond Beef / Burgers are an excellent source of protein with 21g per serving and just 2g of saturated fat which is 60% less than the previous version and 80mg less sodium .

I’ve been a fan of Beyond since going vegan over five years ago and it has always tasted incredible . Personally , I’m excited that the new version is made with avocado oil and it will continue to make my recipes delicious and healthier . The new version is also made with clean , simple Non- GMO ingredients and is even clean label project certified making it the first plant based meat to do so . INGREDIENTS:

1 package beyond avocado burger

2 tbsp avocado oil

1 poblano pepper

2 roma tomatoes

4 garlic cloves

1 package frozen french fries

vegan cheese

vegan sour crea,

1 small white onion

1 tsp sea salt

1 tsp black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS:

1.Start by adding in 2 tbsp avocado oil to a skillet and add in 1 package of the new Beyond Beef

2.Cut up 4 cloves of garlic and add to the skillet

3. Add in 1 large poblano pepper

4.Add in 1 tsp sea salt , 1 tsp pepper to your skillet and combine

5. Cut up 2 Roma tomatoes and 1 large white onion for garnish

6. Heat up your fries in oven or air fryer per package instructions

7. Combine fries , tomatoes, onion , Beyond Meat and optional cheese or sour cream .

8. Enjoy
