FRIED OYSTER MUSHROOMS

Oyster mushrooms are a delicious alternative to enjoy when you’re looking for a delicious fried dish which in my opinion tastes very similar to what I used to enjoy which was fried chicken prior to being vegan. This recipe brings the crispness and the flavor and texture you love and takes only 30 minutes to make. You can pair this with green beans, mashed potatoes, coleslaw or in a hamburger bun and made into a sandwich or in a tortilla and made into a wrap. Share with me below if you’re a fan of oyster mushrooms.
