PUMPKIN BAKED OATMEAL
If you are looking for a healthy a cozy recipe for you to pair with your tea, coffee or favorite warm beverage then give my pumpkin baked oatmeal a try! Comes together in 40 mins and will be sure to leave you feeling satisfied. Comment below if your a pumpkin fan.
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups rolled oats
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp saigon cinnamon or regular cinnamon
1/4 tsp sea salt
2/4 cup brown sugar
1 can pumpkin puree
1 1/4 almond milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp flaxseed
1/2 cup chocolate chips or nuts to sprinkle on top
INSTRUCTIONS:
1.Get a mixing bowl and add in all your dry ingredients together
2. Add your almond milk in the non- dairy milk to your mixing bowl
3. Add in your pumpkin puree
4. Place it in a oven safe pan or pie pan
5. Bake at 375F for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and edges are puffed up. Place a toothpick in the center and make sure it comes out clean. If it comes out clean then the baked oatmeal is ready.
6. Enjoy on it’s own or with fresh berries
