VEGAN FROZEN YOGURT BARK
Healthy, refreshing and entirely vegan frozen yogurt bark makes the perfect light snack for you to enjoy during these warmer days! This recipe comes together in 10 minutes and your little ones can also join in and make this with you. Pick out your favorite fruits that are in season and add them in. Today I added in some of my kids favorites blackberries, grapes, strawberries, pineapple and fresh mint from the garden.
INGREDIENTS:
2 cup vegan yogurt
1/4 blackberries
1/4 grapes
1/4 strawberries
1/4 pineapple
2 branches fresh mint optional
INSTRUCTIONS:
1.Start by cleaning all the fruits . Personally, I clean the fruits with a water and baking soda and let them soak for a minimum of 10 minutes.
2. Cut into pieces the grapes and the pineapple
3. Prepare your mint by removing from the stem. You only want to use the leaves not the branches.
4. Get a baking sheet and lay down parchment paper.
5. Add 2 cups of vegan yogurt down on the parchment paper you can decided on one flavor or you can combine two flavors if you’d like.
6. Add in your fresh fruits and make any type of design you would like
7. Add to the freezer until its solid for at least 2 hours
8. Stores in a freezer safe container
