VEGAN NACHOS
These vegan nachos come together quickly with only one skillet and one bowl. Perfect addition when you want to treat yourself, have to enjoy a game or have people over. This recipe is using a meat replacement ground meat but feel free to just enjoy it with the veggies or with even jackfruit.
INGREDIENTS:
avocado oil
black pepper
fresh tortilla chips
cilantro
1 red bell peppers
1 white onion
1 packet ground meat
sea salt
vegan nacho cheese
white mushrooms
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Start by cleaning all produce
2. Add avocado oil to skillet
3. Place bell peppers, mushrooms and white onions in the skillet and season it with black pepper and sea salt
4. Cook until the veggies are golden brown then add the meat replacement in and cook thoroughly
5. Heat up your vegan cheese to instructions on the jar
6. Get your chips out and then pour your cheese, meat replacements and veggies on top
7. Enjoy and feel free to add vegan sour cream
