AVOCADO MANGO WATERMELON CEVICHE
This recipe comes together with some of my favorite things that I'm craving at the moment 20 weeks pregnant with baby number 3. I'm not sure if we are calling this a ceviche , salsa or salad but it is without a doubt refreshing ! Save this recipe to enjoy with all the delicious seasonal fruits at the moment before it’s too late .
INGREDIENTS:
2 avocados
1 bunch cilantro or you can use basil
2 cucumbers
1 can hearts of palm
2 limes
2 mangos
pepper to taste
sea salt to taste
5 serrano peppers with seeds for heat
tajin to taste
1/2 watermelon
Make the rice paper puffs by cutting them up with kitchen scissors in triangles, add a neutral oil to the skillet and wait for the oil to heat and place them gently inside the skillet.
