HOW TO ROAST CAULIFLOWER

Inflammation is at the heart of nearly all chronic diseases that we are face with so commonly today. Cauliflower is rich in antioxidants and anti - inflammatory compounds, which lower oxidative stress and the presence of free radicals in our body. Today I am sharing my tips to making roasted cauliflower which can be easily made as a side dish in 30 minutes in the oven with four ingredients. I will provide you with the step by step videos to guide you along the way. :

DIRECTIONS:

Serving Size: 4

Time Duration: 30 min

Dairy-Free Plant Based, Soy, Vegan

Oven: 400F

  • 1 Bag Cauliflower or 1 Cauliflower head

  • Black Pepper

  • Coarse Sea Salt

  • Granulated Garlic

  • Oregano

  • 4 Tbsp Olive Oil

    INSTRUCTIONS:

Start by placing the cauliflower inside a strainer under cold water and rinsing off the dirt . If you are using an actual cauliflower head begin by cutting it down the middle and separating it up in a strainer. Next you are going to want to spray a oven safe pan or cookie sheet to spread out the vegetables evenly. The vegetables should have space within them for you to be able to add in the seasoning.

Get a bowl and combine the following garlic, olive oil, coarse salt, pepper and oregano. Mix it up and then brush it on the tops of the cauliflowers. You are going to want to make sure you have a decent amount covering them to make sure they capture all of the flavor. Once everything is coated evenly place in the oven uncovered for 30-35 minutes in the oven at 400F. You will know it’s cooked thoroughly when you can poke a fork all the way through.

Enjoy the roasted cauliflower on it’s own , inside a soup, with tofu and other veggies or inside a wrap.
