PERSIAN CUCUMBER CHILI SALAD

Eight ingredient persian cucumber salad is great for your next get together and to pair alongside your homemade vegan sushi. Here’s what you’ll need to make it. INGREDIENTS:

5 perisian cucumbers

3/4 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp chili oil

1/2 tsp sea salt

1/2 tbsp sesame seeds

1 tbsp sugar

3/4 tbsp rice vinegar natural

1/2 tbsp sesame oil

6 stems basil fresh

6 stems cilantro fresh

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Start by cleaning off your cucumbers and cut them into small pieces

2. Place cucumbers in your mixing bowl

3. Add your soy sauce, chili oil, sesame seeds, rice vinegar and combine

4. Add in your cut cucumbers

5. Toss and coat the cucumbers in your mixture and let set for 5 mintues for the flavors to absorb enjoy immediately
