GRILLED TOFU SALAD BOWL

This grilled tofu salad bowl comes together in less than 20 minutes and can be enjoyed all year around but personally love to have this when tomatoes are plentiful in my garden. You can also enjoy this as a light lunch and you can meal prep this to for your kids lunch or for going to the office. INGREDIENTS:

avocado oil

black pepper

guacamole or fresh avocado

1 block extra firm tofu

6 oz cherry tomatoes

spring mix

sea salt

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Start by cleaning all your produce

2. Chop up your tomatoes

3. Add your spring mix to your bowl

4. Add in your premade guacamole to the bowl

5. Grill the extra firm tofu in a skillet with avocado oil , sea salt and pepper

6. Cook tofu until its golden brown on both sides and then add it to the bowl and enjoy!
